Green Shades Software, Inc. is taking reasonable and appropriate measures, including encryption, to ensure that your personal information is disclosed only to those specified by you. However, the Internet is an open system and we cannot and do not guarantee that the personal information you have entered will not be intercepted by others and decrypted.

Mail Service. One of the options provided on this website is to allow you to outsource the printing and mailing of your company's tax forms to Green Shades Software. For those persons who select this option, that first step of the process will involve sending your address information to a 3rd party vendor for verification and updating based on move-update slips that have been turned into the US post office. Once addresses have been corrected, the tax forms may be sent to a separate vendor for printing and mailing. We do not control the information policies or practices of these third parties but will provide any of our clients with their names and contact information so that you may review their practices at the time you select this option.

Miscellaneous. The failure of Green Shades Software, Inc. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
